Jason did an excellent job of replacing our gas feed for our kitchen to accomodate a new stove. He also is very good at keeping you informed at all times of whatever is going on related to the work and scheduling. Thanks again for taking care our our home. We recently purchased a 'middle-aged' Salem neighborhood home, and have been making upgrades, including a new roof. The roofer advised us that the drainage at the ends of the downspouts were clogged and needed attention. We got on Angi and filled out the form. Jason came out promptly and examined the home roof gutter drainage system and confirmed that it is completely filled with debris which has become impacted, probably over a period of years. He advised that this job will require specialized equipment due to the severity of the clog, and gave us the name of a good company that has the proper equipment for the job. He did not charge us for the visit, which we appreciated. We especially regard his forthrightness about his capabilities and limitations. Others might have taken the job, struggled with it for lack of the proper equipment, and charged us for all the time wasted. The 5-star rating was earned when, two weeks later, Jason called to check in on our experience with the referred company, to confirm that he had steered us in the right direction! We are in our 'Golden Years' and recall fondly that, back in the day, this would have been considered common courtesy. Nowadays, this level of customer care is extraordinary, especially considering that he had not performed any service other than evaluating the work and making a no-charge referral. We highly recommend this honorable young man for any work within his scope of service, and should we need any plumbing help in the future, he will be our first call.
